Hotel Helzear Champs-Elysees Paris

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious family-friendly room with a separate bedroom and main room with a sofa bed. The hotel had a well-equipped kitchenette and a clean bathroom. The location was great, close to line 1 of the subway and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We were able to easily access the best city attractions like the triumph arc and Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage and have an early check-in. it was a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Paris, close to many great restaurants and right in the center of where you want to be. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the staff provided excellent service, answering all my questions and making me feel welcome. The delicious breakfast was a great way to start my day, and the view from my room was breathtaking. Plus, the hotel had fantastic facilities such as a beautiful reception and comfortable rooms with white linen.

There was a minor inconvenience with the thermostat in the room, as it kept automatically adjusting back to the original temperature despite our attempts to change it.

Xmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The best aspects were the warm welcome upon arrival and the excellent location. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was key, with easy access to all the major attractions. We could conveniently explore the city and visit all the scenic spots without any hassle. the facilities were great, with spacious and clean rooms.

There were a few aspects we disliked. there was no safe in our room, an inconvenience.

Great location near famous landmarks, lots of restaurants nearby. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen included for convenience. Beautiful garden on premises.

The hotel had a convenient location, within walking distance of many attractions and key landmarks. It was right in the centre of where I wanted to be. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. Despite a small room size, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

We had a great time staying here! The location is perfect as it is close to many attractions and just a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower. The service was excellent especially the room service, housekeeping, and the grocery shopping service. The shuttle service is also a plus, making our airport transfer so convenient. The amenities inside the room are complete with ironing facilities, air conditioning, electric kettle, mini-bar, and a seating area. The soundproofed rooms gave us a peaceful slumber after a long day of exploring.
